• Preheat oven to 450 deg F
• line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place a metal rack/cooling rack on top
• didn’t need to do this last time with the increased temp – spray rack with olive oil spray
• lay out bacon in one layer
• bake for 20 minutes

Oven set to bake (no convection). Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
