Ingredients
- Asparagus
- Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Black Pepper
- Minced Garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 deg F
- Combine oil, salt, pepper, and garlic in a ziplock bag
- Break off the woody ends of the asparagus (opposite of the spear head)
- Add asparagus to the ziplock bag and coat well
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set a metal cooling rack on top
- Lay out asparagus in a single layer on cooling rack
- Optional – grind salt and pepper on coated asparagus
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
