- 5 large mint leaves
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz light rum
- 1-1/2 oz of club soda
Muddle mint in simple syrup, add lime juice, and rum and stir. Add club soda. Add large ice cubes to keep mint on the bottom and top with crushed or pebble ice.
I didn’t garnish or leave limes in.
