Grilled Pork Loin Steaks – Draft

  • Pre Marinate steaks (or dry rub)
  • Steaks are cut from a Pork Loin (not a tenderloin)
  • should be around 1-inch to 1-1/4 inch thick
  • Grill temp should be 450 F
  • Center should register 160 F takes less than 15 minutes total
