- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 2 TB Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1-1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- Set out pork tenderloin for 15 minutes while preparing rub
- Prepare rub using dry ingredients
- Rinse tenderloin and pat dry. Cut tenderloin in half equally and coat both pieces with olive oil. Coat with dry rub.
- Set Instant Pot to saute and brown each side of the tenderloins for 5-7 minutes each. Once complete remove and set aside.
- Turn off instant pot, add chicken broth and deglaze bottom.
- Add worcestershire sauce
- Place tenderloin into liquid
- Pressure cook high for 3 minutes, allow to naturally pressure release for 15 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside.
- To make gravy create slurry with 3 TB juice with 2 TB cornstarch. once blended put into pot and heath and mix until thickened.
