Ingredients
- 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Black Pepper
- spices to taste (garlic, cayenne, oregano, rosemary, etc)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 deg F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and spices in a ziplock bag
- Add chicken to bag and coat well, set aside to marinade for 20 minutes (don’t marinade with lemon juice longer than 2 hours)
- Bake Chicken for up to 25 minutes
- 5 oz 12-15 min
- 7 oz 15-20 min
- 10 oz 20-25 min
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving or cutting

Oven set to bake (no convection used)
